Hey friend, Victor “SEIYGE ZELLEZ” Blanchard here, inviting you to my latest (greatest) exhibition, TANGENTIAL. On April 29th I will show new miniature sculptures, original architectural designs, large installations, and more. The gallery is open and many of my works are for sale. Whether solo or with a fellow art enthusiast, I would love to see you there.
I have had a productive Winter season and am eager to share the fruits of my creative labors and new endeavours. Though known primarily for my visual arts (murals, paintings, etc.), lately installation and 3-dimensional works have been my focus. I feel strongly that they allow me to combine several of my skills and talents in each piece, an exciting prospect for fans of my work. My hope is that this showcase will prompt you to imagine my miniature work at scale, that you might partake of my passion for monumental structures, and that you appreciate how the built-environment has a massive cultural impact.
What if a traditionally bland Houston landscape were peppered with obscure structures whose only purpose was to be looked upon with wonder and intrigue? What if we did not insist upon representational, relatable public art? Some things to consider, see you soon!
