I MIND MINE

I MIND MINE is a concept piece - a base upon which the practice of several new skills could be accomplished.

The bench features a thick “butcher block” style top with an epoxy resin fill and top coat. Beneath the resin, indentions have been made with various carving implements, the exposed wood burned, and then filled with crushed green glass. This should evoke the image of an emerald filled river and lake array.
